Commercial Information Circular No. 164/02
The Mainland of China : Provisions on Further Improvement in the
Registration Work of Foreign Invested Enterprises

The Commerce and Industry Bureau of Shenzhen City issued the Provisions on further improvement in the registration work of foreign invested enterprises on 23 July 2002. The Provisions govern the following four areas:-

(1) further relaxation of registration policy;

(2) further simplification of document requirements;

(3) further simplification of work procedures and shortening of processing time; and

(4) further improvement in registration services.

  1. The Provisions have been effective since the date of announcement. A copy of which is attached at Annex (pdf format)for reference.
