The Mainland of China :Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection

The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress passed the decision to amend the Law on Import and Export Commodity Inspection on 28 April 2002. The revised law will come into force on 1 October 2002. It is attached at Annex (pdf format) for reference.
