The Mainland of China :New Measures to Encourage Foreign Investment

The Mainland authorities have recently jointly issued the attached document on new measures to encourage foreign investment. A series of new foreign investment policies will be undertaken to encourage foreign investment in four areas: encouraging foreign enterprises to develop technology; strengthening financial support to foreign-funded companies; encouraging foreign companies to invest in the central and western regions of China; and further improving management and services for foreign ventures.

2.Implementation details are being formulated by the concerned Mainland authorities.
