Brazil : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Polyether Polyols Originating in the Mainland of China
The Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 1/2024 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain polyether polyols with a molecular weight between 300 and 4,500 g/mol and a purity level equal to or greater than 90% classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 3907.29.39 originating in the Mainland of China.
