COMIECO 1 : New Sanitary Registration Requirements for Processed Food Products
The Central American Council of Ministers for Economic Integration (COMIECO) issued Resolution No. 483/2023 to replace the Central American Technical Regulation regarding the sanitary registration requirements for processed food products (RTCA 67.01.31:07). The Resolution will take effect from 5 August 2024.
2.For details, traders are advised to consult their importers in COMIECO member countries and/or refer to the Appendix (pdf format) for the relevant COMIECO Resolution (in Spanish).
