Brazil : Removal of Duty-Free Treatment for Certain Products

The Brazilian Government has removed certain products from a list of capital goods, information technology (IT) and telecommunication (telecom) products that benefit from duty-free treatment under the Ex-Tarifario regime.

2.For details of the Brazilian measures and the products involved, traders are advised to consult their importers in Brazil and/or refer to Appendices 1 to 6 below for the relevant Brazilian Resolutions (in Portuguese):
