Mexico : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Polyethylene Terephthalate Resin Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 29 January 2024 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against polyethylene terephthalate resin (PET resin) classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) codes 3907.61.01 and 3907.69.99 originating in the Mainland of China.
