Commercial Information Circular No. 104/2024

Mexico : Mandatory Standard for Hazardous Substances and Materials

The Mexican government has adopted mandatory standard NOM-002-SCT-SEMAR-ARTF/2023 setting forth a list of hazardous substances and materials and provisions for transportation, packaging and quantitative limitations according to hazard class. The standard will enter into force on 16 February 2024.
