Commercial Information Circular No. 869/2023

Brazil : Requirements for Imported Medical Devices

The National Health Agency ("Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária" in Portuguese/ ANVISA) of Brazil issued Collegiate Board Resolution RDC 810/2023 to announce the amendments to the Collegiate Board Resolution RDC 751/2022 regarding the notification and registration requirements of imported medical devices.
