Brazil : Termination of Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations against Certain Optical Fibre Cables Originating in the Mainland of China

The Brazilian Government issued Resolution Nos. 35/2023 and 36/2023 to announce its termination of anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations against certain optical fibre cables classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8544.70.10 originating in the Mainland of China without imposition of any AD or CVD measures.
