Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Heaters Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 334/2023 of 16 May 2023 regarding the preliminary determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against heaters that use liquefied gas in cylinders, without external ventilation, with a capacity greater than 2 500 Kcal/h but no greater than 4 300 Kcal/h classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7321.81.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 1487/2023 to announce its affirmative final determination of the AD investigation. Imports of subject merchandise are subject to an AD duty of 43.47% for a period of five years.
