Argentina : Setting Criterion Value for Certain Toy Products
The Argentine Government issued Resolution 5302/2022 to set a criterion value of US$5.06 per kilogramme for certain toy products classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9503.00.99 from various sources, including Hong Kong and the Mainland of China.
2.Imports with a declared value lower than the criterion value require payment of a guarantee equivalent to the difference in duties to be paid on the declared value and that on the criterion value.
