Mexico : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Mushrooms Originating in the Mainland of China

The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 3 November 2022 announcing the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on mushrooms of the genus Agaricus classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 2003.10.01 originating in the Mainland of China for an additional five years. The Chinese products, valued at less than the reference price of US$2.05 per kilogram, are subject to an AD duty that is equal to the difference between the import price and the reference price. The maximum AD duty is US$0.6121 per kilogram or US$1.1891 per kilogram.
