Argentina : Suspension of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Sodium Benzoate and Poly(ethylene terephthalate) in Granules Originating in the Mainland of China
The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 710/2023 to announce its suspension of anti-dumping (AD) measures imposed on sodium benzoate classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 2916.31.21 and poly(ethylene terephthalate) in granules, with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.70 or more but not more than 0.86 decilitres per gram, classified under NCM code 3907.61.00 originating in the Mainland of China through 28 September 2023.
