Mexico : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Rigid PVC Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 683/2022 of 26 August 2022 regarding the initiation of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against rigid PVC classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 3920.49.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 9 May 2023 announcing its preliminary affirmative determination of the subject AD investigation with imposition of AD duty of 57.63%.
