Commercial Information Circular No. 375/2023

Chile : Registration Requirement for Personal Protective Equipment

The Chilean government has issued Exempt Resolution No. 45/2023 requiring producers and importers of personal protective equipment with a recognised foreign certification to register with the Chilean Public Health Institute. Registered products are required, among others, to bear the registration number on the product itself and on the product's primary packaging.
