Mexico : Renewal of Anti-dumping Duty Order on Aluminium Cooking Utensils Originating in the Mainland of China
The Ministry of Economy of Mexico issued a Resolution on 31 March 2023 announcing the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on aluminium cooking utensils classified under Mexican Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSMX) code 7615.10.02 originating in the Mainland of China for an additional five years. The Chinese products, valued at less than the reference price of US$10.6 per kilogram, are subject to an AD duty that is equal to the difference between the import price and the reference price. The maximum AD duty is US$5.65 per kilogram or US$7.73 per kilogram.
