Colombia : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Stainless Steel Casing and Tubing Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 589/2017 of 11 July 2017 regarding Colombia's renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) order on stainless steel casing and tubing classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 7304.29.0000 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian Government issued Resolution No. 45/2023 to announce renewal of the AD order on subject products. Imports of subject products would be subject to an AD duty of 15% for a period of five years.
