Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Wind Towers from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 21 April 2023 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain wind towers from the Mainland of China. The concerned goods are usually imported under the Harmonized System (HS) classification number 7308.20.00.00 and may also be classified under the HS classification number 8502.31.00.00. 2.CBSA's investigations schedule is available at https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/i-e/wt2023/wt2023-se-eng.html. The Statement of Reasons on the case will be released by 5 May 2023 at CBSA's website.
