Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Electrothermal Jugs and Kettles for Household Use Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 212/2022 of 15 March 2022 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain electrothermal jugs and kettles for household use classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8516.79.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 4/2023 to announce its affirmative final determination of the AD investigation. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price of US$12.46 per unit. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price and is valid for five years.
