Argentina : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Bicycles Originating in the Mainland of China
The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 121/2022 announcing the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against bicycles with a wheel diameter greater than 26 inches, with or without gears, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8712.00.10 originating in the Mainland of China.
