Argentina : Termination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Granular Expanded Polystyrene Originating in the Mainland of China
Pursuant to Commercial Information Circular No. 329/2021 of 13 May 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against granular expanded polystyrene classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3903.11.00 and 3903.11.20 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 701/2021 announcing termination of the AD investigation without imposing AD duties.
