Commercial Information Circular No. 914/2022

Brazil : New Requirements for Personal Hygiene, Cosmetic and Perfume Products

The National Health Agency ("Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária" in Portuguese/ ANVISA) of Brazil issued Collegiate Board Resolution RDC 752/2022 to incorporate into Brazil's domestic legal regime certain classification, labelling, microbiological control and other technical requirements for personal hygiene, cosmetic and perfume products by implementing five regulations approved at the Mercosur level.
