Canada : Antidumping Action against Certain Corrosion-Resistant Steel Sheet from the Mainland of China: Re-investigation

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 31 October 2022 announcing the initiation of a re-investigation to update the normal values and export prices, in accordance with the Special Import Measures Act (SIMA), respecting certain corrosion-resistant steel sheet from, among others, the Mainland of China.

2.The re-investigation is part of the CBSA's enforcement of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal's finding issued in 2019. Exporters that wish to participate in this re-investigation are required to provide a complete and accurate response to the CBSA's Request for Information (RFI) by 7 December 2022. The information collected during the re-investigation will be used to determine updated normal values and export prices for future shipments in accordance with SIMA.
