Commercial Information Circular No. 775/2022

Colombia : Amendments to Restrictions on Imports of Mercury-Containing Products

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 414/2021 of 21 June 2021 regarding the expansion of restrictions on imports of mercury and mercury-containing products, the Colombian Government published Decree No. 1433/2022 to replace the list of products subject to restrictions on the importation of mercury and mercury-containing products as earlier set forth in Decree No. 419/2021, and modify various provisions related to exclusions and other regulatory matters.
