Colombia : New List of Capital Goods

The Colombian Government issued Decree No. 1446/2022 to set forth an updated list of capital goods that may be subject to various regulatory provisions. The list includes a range of goods classified within Harmonised System (HS) chapters 84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90 and 94.
