Brazil : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Magnesium Granules Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 694/2016 of 31 August 2016 regarding Brazil's renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) order on magnesium granules with a minimum of 90% magnesium and a maximum of 10% lime, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 8104.30.00 and 8104.90.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 366/2022 to announce renewal of the AD order on subject products. Imports of subject products would be subject to an AD duty of US$0.99 per kilogramme for a period of five years.
