Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Metal Protection Grilles Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 288/2022 of 6 April 2022 regarding the preliminary determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against metal protection grilles with a diameter greater than 400mm, of the types used in fans with a built-in electric motor, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8414.90.20 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 533/2022 to announce its affirmative final determination of the AD investigation. Imports of subject merchandise are subject to an AD duty of 79% for a period of five years.
