Brazil : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Carbon Steel Pipes Originating in the Mainland of China

The Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 367/2022 to announce renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) order on certain carbon seamless steel pipes of circular cross section, with an outside diameter not exceeding 374 mm, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 7304.31.10, 7304.31.90, 7304.39.10, 7304.39.20 and 7304.39.90 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of subject products would be subject to an AD duty ranging from US$1,009.29 to US$1,356.90 per tonne for a period of five years.
