Commercial Information Circular No. 757/2022

Peru : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Polyester Fabrics Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 113/2022 of 9 February 2022 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against 100% plain weave polyester fabrics, unbleached, bleached or dyed, with a width of less than 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 80 grams to 200 grams per square metre, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 5512.11.00.00 and 5512.19.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 190/2022 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with application of a provisional AD duty of US$3.93 per kilogramme on the subject merchandise for a period of six months.
