Peru : Termination of Safeguard Investigation on Certain Apparel and Made-up Textile Articles

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 116/2022 of 10 February 2022 regarding the initiation of a safeguard investigation on certain apparel and made-up textile articles, classified under chapters 61, 62 and 63 of Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE), the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 175/2022 to terminate the subject investigation.
