Brazil : Continued Suspension of Anti-dumping Measure on Certain Disposable Syringes Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 564/2021 of 4 August 2021 regarding the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order and immediate suspension of the AD measure for one year on certain disposable plastic syringes for general use, with or without needles, with a capacity of 1ml, 3ml, 5ml, 10ml or 20ml, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 9018.31.11 and 9018.31.19 originating in the Mainland of China, the Ministry of Economy of Brazil issued Resolution No. 351/2022 to continue the suspension of the AD measure for an additional year from 22 June 2022.
