Argentina : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Ball Bearings Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No.1061/2018 of 23 November 2018 regarding the renewal of an anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain ball bearings, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8482.10.10 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 455/2022 to announce further renewal of the AD duty order for five years. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price ranging from US$6.45 to US$15.62 per kilogramme. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price.
