Argentina : Final Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Doors Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 133/2022 of 16 February 2022 regarding the preliminary determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against steel doors weighing between 24 and 100 kilogrammes, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7308.30.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution 465/2022 to announce its affirmative final determination. Imports of subject merchandise are subject to an AD duty of 116% for a period of five years.
