Commercial Information Circular No. 610/2022

Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Poly (methyl methacrylate) Plates, Sheets, Foils and Strips Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 114/2022 of 9 February 2022 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against plates, sheets, foils and strips exclusively of poly(methyl methacrylate), non-cellular and non-metallised, with a thickness between 2mm and 200mm, whether or not presented with disposable protective sheets on one or both sides; and those in square or rectangular shapes with slightly rounded corners, whether or not combined with plastics bordering the perimeters, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3920.51.00 and 3926.90.90 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 254/2022 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation without imposing any provisional AD measures.
