Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Nebulisers Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 96/2022 of 28 January 2022 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against nebulisers classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9019.20.20 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 350/2022 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below a minimum FOB export price of US$25.36 per unit. The AD Duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price and is valid for four months. 1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
