Brazil : Termination of the Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Ferrite Magnets Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 455/2016 of 31 May 2016 announcing renewal of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain ring-shaped ferrite magnets classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8505.19.10 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Circular 11/2022 to close the sunset review of the subject AD investigation. Relevant AD duty order has been terminated. The Brazilian Circular (in Portuguese) is available at:
