Brazil : Amendments to the Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Plastic Tubes for Blood Collection Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 544/2021 of 29 July 2021 announcing renewal of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain plastic tubes for blood collection classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 3822.00.90, 3926.90.40 and 9018.39.99 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution 331/2022 to announce replacement of the now extinct code 3822.00.90 with a new code 3822.19.90. The relevant products affected by the AD duty order are now under NCM codes of 3822.19.90, 3926.90.40 and 9018.39.99.
