Peru : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Footwear Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 61/2022 announcing the renewal of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on footwear (except sandals and flip flops) with uppers made by rubber, plastics or natural leather, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 6401.10.00.00, 6401.92.00.00, 6401.99.00.00, 6402.19.00.00, 6402.20.00.00, 6402.91.00.00, 6402.99.10.00, 6402.99.90.00, 6403.19.00.00, 6403.40.00.00, 6403.51.00.00, 6403.59.00.00, 6403.91.10.00, 6403.91.90.00, 6403.99.10.00, 6403.99.90.00 and 6405.10.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China for five years.
