Argentina : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Denim Fabrics Originating in the Mainland of China

The Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 326/2022 announcing the renewal of the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on cotton woven denim fabrics classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) codes 5208.43.00, 5209.42.10, 5209.42.90, 5210.49.10, 5211.42.10 and 5211.42.90 originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of the merchandise are subject to an AD duty if its free on board (FOB) export price is below US$3.93 per lineal metre. The AD duty is equal to the difference between the merchandise FOB export price and the minimum FOB export price and is valid for a period of five years.
