Brazil : Renewal of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Pens Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 296/2016 of 1 April 2016 regarding Brazil's determination to extend the anti-dumping (AD) duty order on certain ball-point pens classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 9608.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Brazilian Government issued Resolution No. 301/2022 to announce the renewal of the AD duty order on subject products originating in the Mainland of China. Imports of subject products would be subject to an AD duty of US$6.07/kg for a period of five years. 1 The Southern Common Market (Mercosur) includes Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Membership of Venezuela has been temporarily suspended since 2 December 2016.
