Argentina : Imposition of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Electric Water Heaters Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 528/2021 of 23 July 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against electric storage water heaters with a capacity between 20 and 150 litres, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8516.10.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 40/2022 to announce the imposition of an AD duty order of 131 percent on the subject merchandise for a period of five years.
