Argentina : Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Metal Protection Grilles Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 668/2021 of 27 September 2021 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against metal protection grilles with a diameter greater than 400mm, of the types used in fans with a built-in electric motor, classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 8414.90.20 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine Government issued Resolution No. 42/2022 to announce its affirmative preliminary determination of the AD investigation with a provisional AD duty of 73 percent imposed on the subject merchandise for a period of six months.
