Canada : Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Certain Drill Pipe from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 25 March 2022 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of certain drill pipe from the Mainland of China. The concerned goods are usually imported under the Harmonized System (HS) classification numbers 7304.23.00.10 and 7304.23.00.20 and may be classified under the HS classification numbers 8431.43.00.20 and 8431.43.00.90. 2.CBSA's investigation schedule is available at https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/i-e/dp2022/dp2022-se-eng.html. The Statement of Reasons on the case will be released by 8 April 2022 at CBSA's website.
