Mexico : New Mandatory Standards for Certain Pressure Relief Valves

The Mexican government has adopted new mandatory standards for spring and pilot operated pressure relief valves made of steel and bronze. The new standards NOM-093-SCFI-2020 will enter into force on 24 May 2022.

2.The new standards set out minimum safety requirements, test methods and conformity assessment procedures for the products concerned.
