Canada:Antidumping and Countervailing Actions against Mattresses from the Mainland of China: Initiation of Investigations
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) published a notice on 24 February 2022 announcing the initiation of investigations into the alleged injurious dumping and subsidizing of mattresses from the Mainland of China. The concerned goods are usually imported under the Harmonized System (HS) classification numbers 9404.21.00.00 and 9404.29.00.00 and may be classified under additional HS classification numbers. 2.CBSA's investigation schedule is available at https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/i-e/mat2022/mat2022-se-eng.html. The Statement of Reasons on the case will be released by 11 March 2022 at CBSA's website.
