Peru : Imposition of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Slide Fasteners and Parts thereof Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 672/2021 of 27 September 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against slide fasteners and parts thereof, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 9607.11.00.00, 9607.19.00.00 and 9607.20.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 293/2021 to announce its determination to impose an AD duty order on subject merchandise. Imports of the merchandise are subject to AD duty for a period of five years if their free on board (FOB) prices are lower than the FOB prices listed below:
