Commercial Information Circular No. 135/2022

Colombia : Imposition of An Anti-dumping Duty Order on Certain Steel Profiles Originating in the Mainland of China

Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 96/2021 of 8 February 2021 regarding the preliminary determination of anti-dumping (AD) investigation against certain alloy and non-alloy steel profiles for drywall classified under Colombian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSCO) code 7216.61.00.00, 7216.69.00.00, 7216.91.00.00, 7216.99.00.00 and 7228.70.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Colombian Government issued Resolution No. 280/2021 to announce its determination that an AD duty of 37.88 percent will be imposed on the merchandise classified under HTSCO code 7216.61.00.00, 7216.91.00.00 and 7228.70.00.00 for a period of three years.  The Colombian Resolution (in Spanish) is available at: https://www.mincit.gov.co/getattachment/dab44e97-0828-444c-acf5-aa5b338b6797/Resolucion-280-del-29-de-octubre-de-2021.aspx.
