Argentina :Preliminary Determination of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Steel Doors Originating in the Mainland of China
Further to Commercial Information Circular No. 393/2021 of 8 June 2021 regarding the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against steel doors weighing between 24 and 100 kilogrammes, which are classified under Southern Common Market (Mercosur1) Common Classification (NCM) code 7308.30.00 originating in the Mainland of China, the Argentine government issued Resolution No. 861/2021 to announce its preliminary determination to continue the AD investigation without imposing any provisional AD measures.
