Peru : Initiation of Anti-dumping Investigation against Certain Polyester Fabrics Originating in the Mainland of China

The Peruvian Government issued Resolution No. 7/2022 to announce the initiation of an anti-dumping (AD) investigation against 100% plain weave polyester fabrics, unbleached, bleached or dyed, with a width of less than 1.80 metres and a weight ranging from 80 grams to 200 grams per square metre, classified under Peruvian Harmonised Tariff Schedule (HTSPE) codes 5512.11.00.00 and 5512.19.00.00 originating in the Mainland of China.
